In 2016 I (Sarah) started a Poshmark Closet. Poshmark is a Selling App that allows you to sell new or pre-loved clothes. It started out as just women’s fashion. Now you can find stuff for men, baby, and home. I started my Poshmark Closet as a way for me to declutter and get ready for our first baby. We had way too much stuff. Correction, I had way too much stuff. When we first got married and moved into our first little apartment, James came with a bed, a dresser, clothes, and a tub of camping equipment along with a colored picture that was placed in a frame that his little sister had drawn. That was it. Oh and a coffee addiction but whatevs. I had two rooms full of stuff at my moms, an entire bathroom of stuff, stuff for the kitchen, and even more STUFF! PLUS the guy who lived in the apartment before us, left us EVERYTHING. Like he took his DVDs and personal things. BUT HE LEFT A LOT! Table, Couch, Vacuum, Dressers,Office Desk, Coffee Table, TV Stand, Lamps, Brooms, A PLUNGER!? Paper towels and ALL the cleaning Products he prob never even used. Basically it was fully furnished. I am not complaining, BUT IT WAS A SMALL PLACE. We decided that to make extra money we would sell ALL MY STUFF! The 9 months I was pregnant I sold ALOT. 2.5 years later, I am still selling! I realized that I really LOVED selling stuff. Like A lot. So we began this journey… I am a stay at home mom, I paid off ALL our credit card debt selling stuff! Now I just do it for fun and extra income! My husband builds homes and makes stuff, and we keep it or we sell it! We Are Sojourners, Made for More, Check out our STUFF!
